More options to edit your PDFs online
Unleash your marketers’ creativity. Several new features have been added to the online document ordering and customization tool (PDF). Franchise On Cloud now allows you to edit not only text but also image elements, without limitation.
It is also possible to define several available colors according to your brand guidelines. These features can be configured for each document. This means you can decide that a specific poster can be modified in certain ways (text, image), while another flyer cannot be changed beyond the standard personalization fields. You set your own limits on personalization granted to your points of sale, ensuring that your brand identity is always respected.
There are no longer any limits to your creativity, unlike many competing solutions that require you to use templates with predefined personalization zones. Each document now comes with its own customization options!
Our new features for online PDF editing
The home menu has been redesigned for a more user-friendly experience and easier navigation. You can now preview each page of the document before placing your order.
The customization interface allows proof editing (BAT) to validate the final result with 100% accuracy.
Redesign of the document validation process
On the administrator side, you can now choose a different validation process for each document: direct submission to the printing supplier, head office validation, or document download by the franchisee. Administrator-only features have also been expanded. The marketing department can modify a PDF before launching the order without needing DTP software.
Order analysis and tracking
Every marketing director has dreamed of knowing which communication materials are ordered the most, and identifying the agencies that invest the most in communication — or, conversely, the points of sale that never order any communication materials.
Marketing assistants, on their side, have dreamed of a tool that allows them to know the status of an order being processed by a supplier.
The administrator interface makes all of this possible. An administrator interface to track all orders (stock management, franchisee billing, automatic calculation of supplier payments and generated margins, revenue tracking, shipping cost calculation, and multi-supplier management).
