These royalties vary depending on revenue thresholds and periods, with rates sometimes differing according to specific products or services. The retrieval of revenue data from locations can be done automatically through integration with your POS systems, semi-automatic drag-and-drop file uploads, or through our manual reporting module. We can even combine these different methods.
Automatic royalty calculation
With a single click, you can automatically generate the detailed amounts of royalties and various fees.
The different criteria and parameters applicable to the variable calculation of royalties are entered into our tool. This data can be easily adapted and modified for certain locations. Royalties can also be centralized under a single company that manages several locations for multi-franchisees.
After verification, you validate each amount to lock in the indicated figure. You can then issue invoices or simply export the data to integrate it directly into your accounting software, where you will generate your invoices.
Generating royalty invoices
You can choose level 2 of our billing module.
You then place the various invoices in the "to pay" stage. Your invoices are automatically generated based on the calculation obtained in the previous step. They comply with all legal requirements and are sent by email to the franchisees who can also find them in their personal portal.
Exporting and importing into your accounting software is very simple and supports the various existing formats.
Payment of royalties
You can finally opt for level 3 of our billing module.
Your invoices are paid by direct debit on the desired dates through our integrations with GoCardless or Stripe which we configure for you.
A dashboard shows you whether payments have been successfully made or not.
Interfaces with various accounting and management software packages
Our solutions communicate via API or export/import with the main management software such as SAGE, CEGID, and EBP. Calculation data or invoices can be easily integrated into accounting software for processing. Our recognized expertise in these complex operations is an additional guarantee of the reliability of our solutions.
