October 2025: Over 40 New Features on the Cerca Platform
More than 40 updates to make field operations even smoother
Every month, the collaborative platform Cerca evolves to meet the needs of multi-site networks — whether franchise, retail, cooperative, or company-owned. In October, more than 40 new features and improvements were released, all with a clear goal: to make field management simpler, more visual, and more collaborative.
Here are three key updates designed to enhance visit tracking, action follow-up, and network performance monitoring.
1. Smarter scheduling for field visits
Visit management just got easier and clearer thanks to a new “Field Coach” filter in the calendar. This feature lets you display only the visits planned for one or several coaches, helping you to:
Plan trips more efficiently,
Balance workload across teams,
And maintain a clear overview of on-site activities.
A simple enhancement that delivers an instant snapshot of field activity and helps you prioritise more effectively.

2. More collaborative action follow-up
The action-tracking module now offers a more collaborative and visual experience. Users can instantly identify priorities with a colour-coded system:
Red for overdue actions,
Orange for those due today.
And with the new built-in comment thread, teams and franchisees can now discuss each action directly on the platform — no more scattered email exchanges.
This evolution makes audit follow-up faster, clearer, and fully traceable, connecting head office and field teams in real time.

3. Instant visibility on network performance
Network statistics now feature a colour-coded performance view. Each location displays its results in colours (green, yellow, orange, red, black) that reflect its performance level.
This visual system helps you to:
Spot locations that need support,
Highlight top performers,
And track overall network progress more easily.
By centralising data and making it easier to interpret, Cerca helps networks monitor their performance and make smarter operational decisions.
And much more
Beyond these three major updates, several other optimisations were rolled out in October:
Direct display of attachments in location exchanges,
Keyword search within action plan templates,
Automatic retention of reminders when duplicating events,
And numerous usability improvements to enhance everyday efficiency.
A platform that evolves with its users
Each month, feedback from our network users drives the Cerca product roadmap. This collaborative approach ensures that the platform continues to evolve in line with real operational needs, always with one mission in mind: simplify network management and strengthen collaboration between head office and field teams.
Cerca’s ambition remains the same — to provide every multi-site network with a single platform to monitor, analyse, and boost performance.
