New features: whatâs changing on Cerca as of November 1, 2021
At Cerca, our priority is to make the platform evolve in line with real-world needs. This month, weâre introducing 4 new features designed to simplify the day-to-day management of your network.
- Make zone mapping visible in the directory
- Addition of an âother informationâ tab on each system groupâs profile
- Addition of SMS notification in the event module
- Ability to archive a discussion in âDiscussions and Ideasâ
Now find the explanation for each of them:
đ Mapping: your catchment areas visible directly in the directory
Good news: no need to navigate to the Agency Animation tab to view your catchment areas anymore. Thanks to this new feature, you can now display the map directly from the directory of locations.
How to activate it?
Go to Network life > Directory
âĄïž Filter by location to automatically display the associated map.
System groups: an âother informationâ tab to centralize your documents
You can now store files such as CVs, employment contracts, or HR documents in a new Other information tab, accessible on each user or system group profile.
How to activate it?
Go to Administration > Users
âĄïž Click the pencil icon to edit a profile, then access the dedicated tab.
đĄ This space is fully customizable: simply make a request to our support team.
Events: notify by SMS too
In addition to email, you can now notify event participants by SMS, directly from the Events module.
How to activate it?
Network life > Events
âĄïž When creating the event, check the following boxes:
âNotify invited users by emailâ
âNotify invited users by SMSâ
đŹ Discussions & Ideas: archive without deleting
Because itâs important to keep a record without necessarily cluttering your discussion threads, you can now archive your conversations in the Discussions and Ideas module.
How to activate it?
In Network life > Discussions and Ideas
âĄïž Click on âArchiveâ on the right side of the screen
âĄïž To find or unarchive a discussion, click on âView archived discussionsâ
