The Phood franchise enhances its digital offering and launches its new tool \u201cCerca, formerly Franchise On Cloud.\u201d<\/strong> A true chic Vietnamese canteen, Phood<\/a><\/span> continues to support its franchisees by providing them with the best possible working conditions and maintaining strong relationships between the franchisor and franchisees, as well as between each franchisee and their customers. The Phood brand has always sought to provide its franchisees with the most advanced digital tools, similar to those used by the most renowned brands in the restaurant industry.<\/p>

Thus, during the first quarter of 2019, the brand developed its software \u201cCerca, formerly Franchise On Cloud.\u201d This tool offers a wide range of features: an online operations manual and technical sheets accessible 24\/7, visit reports, purchasing center, webinar and e-learning tools, reporting, and more. In fact, over 250 features are provided\u2014on one hand, to strengthen relationships between the franchisor and all its company-owned and franchised restaurants, and on the other hand, to enhance the experience of each restaurant\u2019s customers.<\/p>
