The importance of visit reports<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A visit to a franchise location requires preparation. You may choose whether or not to inform the franchisee beforehand. Doing so can be helpful to plan the theme of the audit, especially if a specific action has been carried out. The goal is for the audit to be effective and complete<\/b>. As a result, the field consultant can prepare their report in advance, using existing templates and entering information already available.<\/div>

These documents are of utmost importance in the relationship between franchisors and franchisees. This document is essential because visits are part of the obligations<\/b> of the head office in supporting the franchisee in the rollout of the concept. As this is a requirement, we recommend that each field consultant and, ultimately<\/i>, the franchisor be able to prove every visit<\/b>. Thanks to the visit reports and their summaries, you can confirm that the visit took place and indicate its date. Therefore, it is advisable to have this document signed by the franchisee.<\/p>

It is also useful, in the event of a dispute with the franchisee, to be able to prove their failure to comply with the concept or actions that may have affected them.<\/p>

The role of the field consultant is not limited to visits. Franchisees can contact them at any time throughout the year to benefit from their expertise and ensure compliance with the brand\u2019s concept.<\/p>

The new audit modules now make it possible to schedule a visit to a franchisee<\/strong> (the calendar is visible to the network director), view the report template<\/strong>, notify or not<\/strong> the site manager, and define the theme<\/strong> of the selected visit report. The types of data that can be included in the visit report have increased, making it easier and faster to add numerical data. They also allow you to create comment or task templates<\/strong> \/ action plans to save time during the visit. The reports include a signature field for the site manager<\/strong> and, most importantly, provide space for comments and exchanges<\/strong> between the different users involved.<\/p>

The goal is to organize dialogue and action plan follow-up as effectively as possible<\/strong> in order to professionally support<\/strong> the site manager, franchisee, or branch manager.<\/p>
