These \ud83d\udd14 Reminders<\/strong> for visit obligations allow you to schedule notifications based on their frequency \u2014 whether daily, monthly, or yearly \u2014 and to notify your field coaches and animation managers before their due dates.<\/p>

Note that visit reminders for a location are always based on the most recent audit date. To give a concrete example: if in February you schedule an audit on the 1st of the month, the following month you will receive a visit reminder for March 1st. However, if in March you decide to postpone this audit and it takes place on March 3rd, then in April you will receive a notification to carry out your audit on April 3rd instead of April 1st.\u00a0<\/p>

To activate this feature, it\u2019s very simple: just check \u2611\ufe0f Enable visit obligation<\/strong>, then specify the required number of visit obligations per day, month, or year, as well as the number of days before the visit you wish to notify your field coaches and animation managers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
