Who has always wanted to know their franchise recruitment performance compared to their industry sector? Many of us, if not all of us, of course. The desire to publish an annual study on recruitment in the franchise sector and, more broadly, organized retail, stems from this observation.<\/p>

With 200 client brands at the end of 2021, Cerca is by far the best positioned to publish this first study, which we intend to publish every year with our partner Everfruit digital<\/a><\/span> and which will naturally be enriched every year.<\/p>

No single player had data on a sufficiently large sample of brands, and above all, neither institutional players nor software publishers had, for a long time, statistics on the entire conversion funnel, from lead generation to contract signing.<\/p>
