Once the invitation has been accepted, you can access the email linked to the event at any time from your calendar. This allows you to join the event page by clicking the \u201cJOIN\u201d button. To find this button, go to the invitation email associated with the event in your email calendar.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In connection with the email invitation process explained above, the email process for creating an event with video conferencing has also been updated to make it simpler.<\/p>

Indeed, invitees to a video conference now receive only one email (instead of two previously: one for the invitation and another for the connection).<\/strong> This single email now already contains the link to access the video conference event page.<\/p>

We remind you that you can access at any time the email containing the link to connect to the event page on your platform. To do so, simply click on the relevant event in your email calendar.<\/strong><\/p>

When the event organizer has generated the video conference (Teams<\/a> or Zoom<\/a>), event guests will simply need to click the \u201cJoin the video conference\u201d button from the event page.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

(la fonction RSVP) \ud83c\udfa6 Invitation \u00e0 une visioconf\u00e9rence : un seul mail sinon rien ! \ud83d\udce2 \u00ab\u00a0Help Center\u00a0\u00bb devient \u00ab\u00a0Support client\u00a0\u00bb pour vous guider\u00a0davantage \ud83d\udce7\u00a0\u00c9v\u00e9nements : r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une\u00a0invitation directement\u00a0par mail (la fonction RSVP) Il n\u2019est plus n\u00e9cessaire de se connecter \u00e0 votre espace sur la plateforme pour valider ou non votre participation \u00e0 un \u00e9v\u00e9nement. En effet, vous pouvez indiquer\u00a0votre participation ou non gr\u00e2ce au RSVP int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au mail d\u2019invitation.\u00a0 Dans l\u2019attente de votre r\u00e9ponse, cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement se retrouvera dans le calendrier de votre client mail.\u00a0 Ci-dessous, un exemple de cette utilisation sur Outlook : Une fois l\u2019invitation accept\u00e9e, vous pourrez retrouver \u00e0 tout moment le mail rattach\u00e9 \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement dans votre calendrier. Ainsi, vous serez en mesure de rejoindre la page de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement en cliquant sur le bouton \u201cPARTICIPER\u201d. Pour retrouver ce bouton, rendez-vous dans le mail d’invitation li\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement dans votre calendrier de mail. \ud83c\udfa6\u00a0\u00c9v\u00e9nements en visioconf\u00e9rence : un seul mail suffit En rapport avec le processus d’invitation par mail expliqu\u00e9 juste au-dessus, le processus de mail pour la cr\u00e9ation d’\u00e9v\u00e9nement avec visioconf\u00e9rence a \u00e9galement chang\u00e9 pour \u00eatre simplifi\u00e9.
