After the summer, not all networks start from the same point.<\/p>

For some brands, July and August correspond to a quieter period. Teams have taken their leave, certain projets have slowed down, and communications with headquarters have become less frequent. The back-to-school season then marks the return to a more sustained pace.<\/p>

For other networks, it is the exact opposite. Summer represents a strategic period, sometimes one of the main highlights of the year. The teams are coming out of several weeks of intense activity, indicators have evolved significantly, and the locations have gathered numerous on-the-ground learnings.<\/p>

In the first case, we need to recover a collective dynamic.<\/p>

In the second, it is necessary to analyze what has just happened without breaking the momentum that has been created.<\/p>

In both situations, the underlying issue is ultimately the same: realign the network around a shared vision for the coming months.<\/strong><\/p>

And this realignment does not consist of starting from scratch.<\/p>
