On les regarde, on les commente, puis on les classe dans un dossier partag\u00e9\u2026 jusqu\u2019au mois suivant.<\/p><p data-key=\"yyNvA\">Mais un r\u00e9seau ne peut plus se contenter de suivre des chiffres.<br \/>Les KPI sont un <strong>outil de pilotage<\/strong>, un r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur de fragilit\u00e9s et un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur de d\u00e9cisions.<br \/>Les enseignes performantes ne se demandent pas <em>\u201cquels sont mes chiffres ?\u201d<\/em> mais plut\u00f4t :<\/p><p data-key=\"KBbYq\"><strong>\u201cQue dois-je faire maintenant que j\u2019ai ces chiffres ?\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p data-key=\"g0sf0\">Franchiseurs et franchis\u00e9s, voici les 7 KPI essentiels pour piloter un r\u00e9seau de franchise \u2014 et comment les exploiter concr\u00e8tement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d799017 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d799017\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. Les KPI li\u00e9s \u00e0 la rentabilit\u00e9 des points de vente<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc6a22d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cc6a22d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-key=\"NGW28\" data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Le premier r\u00f4le d\u2019un franchiseur est de garantir un mod\u00e8le rentable et duplicable.<br \/>Suivre le chiffre d\u2019affaires moyen, la marge brute ou le panier moyen ne sert pas qu\u2019\u00e0 observer la performance : cela sert \u00e0 <strong>d\u00e9tecter les \u00e9carts et \u00e0 comprendre pourquoi ils existent<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-key=\"38Z5C\">Dans un r\u00e9seau de restauration, deux franchis\u00e9s situ\u00e9s dans des zones comparables affichent des paniers moyens tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents :<\/p><ul class=\"list-el\" data-key=\"qoEHt\"><li data-key=\"wy2V0\"><p data-key=\"Y3NdQ\">Franchise A : 14 \u20ac<\/p><\/li><li data-key=\"6oZMl\"><p data-key=\"hMzmz\">Franchise B : 9 \u20ac<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-key=\"NRljT\">Le flux client n\u2019est pas en cause, mais la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 proposer de la <strong>vente additionnelle<\/strong>.<br \/>Ce simple indicateur permet de d\u00e9clencher une action cibl\u00e9e : formation des \u00e9quipes, mise en avant d\u2019une offre bundle, nouveau discours de vente.<br \/>Sans KPI, l\u2019analyse resterait floue. Le KPI qui r\u00e9v\u00e8le la vitesse d\u2019atteinte de la rentabilit\u00e9<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dca3db0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dca3db0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-key=\"GzXee\" data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Mesurer la rentabilit\u00e9 est essentiel, mais mesurer <strong>\u00e0 quelle vitesse elle est atteinte<\/strong> l\u2019est encore plus.<br \/>Ce KPI montre imm\u00e9diatement si un nouveau franchis\u00e9 est sur les bons rails ou s\u2019il n\u00e9cessite un accompagnement renforc\u00e9.<\/p><p data-key=\"J9bmF\">Si une enseigne se fixe un objectif : atteindre le seuil de rentabilit\u00e9 en 6 mois.<br \/>En analysant les donn\u00e9es :<\/p><ul class=\"list-el\" data-key=\"DgbkT\"><li data-key=\"qhsgL\"><p data-key=\"oABHJ\">80 % des franchis\u00e9s atteignent cet objectif,<\/p><\/li><li data-key=\"RgbZ1\"><p data-key=\"Bx8Bk\">20 % mettent plus d\u2019un an.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-key=\"sFvyF\">Au lieu d\u2019\u00eatre per\u00e7u comme un retard isol\u00e9, ce KPI permet de d\u00e9tecter un <strong>probl\u00e8me structurel<\/strong> (local mal choisi, process mal appliqu\u00e9, formation insuffisante) et d\u2019agir rapidement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b98d8b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2b98d8b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Les KPI qui mesurent la performance du franchiseur<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6fdf123 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6fdf123\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-key=\"esOBc\" data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Beaucoup de franchiseurs suivent les performances des points de vente\u2026 mais oublient de mesurer <strong>leurs propres performances<\/strong>.<br \/>Pourtant, eux aussi doivent rendre des comptes : aux franchis\u00e9s, \u00e0 la direction, aux candidats.<\/p><p data-key=\"jM2nf\">Parmi les indicateurs cl\u00e9s :<\/p><ul class=\"list-el\" data-key=\"hQzZ3\"><li data-key=\"nkXMr\"><p data-key=\"Tbg7z\">co\u00fbt d\u2019acquisition d\u2019un franchis\u00e9,<\/p><\/li><li data-key=\"u6W1v\"><p data-key=\"jW8OI\">d\u00e9lai de conversion d\u2019un lead en franchis\u00e9 sign\u00e9.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-key=\"5RzQZ\">Par exemple, si une campagne co\u00fbte <strong>10 000 \u20ac<\/strong> et permet de signer <strong>2 franchis\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-key=\"RA8Y6\">Co\u00fbt d\u2019acquisition apparent : <strong>5 000 \u20ac par franchis\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-key=\"OXjgG\">Mais ce calcul est <strong>incomplet<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-key=\"lJbGG\">Car pendant tout le processus de recrutement (appels, rendez-vous, DIP, business plan\u2026), le r\u00e9seau continue d\u2019investir :<\/p><ul class=\"list-el\" data-key=\"yqjEP\"><li data-key=\"TmWFX\"><p data-key=\"FxgLk\">du budget marketing,<\/p><\/li><li data-key=\"MQCVc\"><p data-key=\"DOIkk\">du temps RH et d\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9seau,<\/p><\/li><li data-key=\"Nh05J\"><p data-key=\"0nUmX\">des outils (CRM, plateforme candidats\u2026).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-key=\"wf8Go\">Autrement dit : <strong>plus le processus est long, plus le co\u00fbt augmente<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-key=\"WCCNQ\">Un r\u00e9seau d\u00e9pense <strong>5 000 \u20ac par mois<\/strong> (publicit\u00e9 + plateforme + \u00e9quipe d\u00e9veloppement).<\/p><ul class=\"list-el\" data-key=\"8stcv\"><li data-key=\"Webkv\"><p data-key=\"ZJXcg\">Si un candidat met <strong>3 mois<\/strong> \u00e0 signer \u2192 co\u00fbt r\u00e9el d\u2019acquisition = <strong>15 000 \u20ac<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-key=\"Qxb7K\"><p data-key=\"xFxzH\">Si un autre met <strong>12 mois<\/strong> \u2192 co\u00fbt r\u00e9el d\u2019acquisition = <strong>60 000 \u20ac<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-key=\"SCNe9\">Pourtant, le lead initial avait co\u00fbt\u00e9 le m\u00eame prix.<\/p><p data-key=\"pDIJ3\">Ce KPI aide le franchiseur \u00e0 :<\/p><ul class=\"list-el\" data-key=\"XZ4ee\"><li data-key=\"GADo4\"><p data-key=\"0cqlw\">identifier les canaux marketing rentables,<\/p><\/li><li data-key=\"fnOdD\"><p data-key=\"Yq1m7\">r\u00e9duire les cycles de conversion,<\/p><\/li><li data-key=\"fVZ4x\"><p data-key=\"wUQrw\">optimiser ses investissements.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-key=\"sOB52\"><strong>Ce n\u2019est pas seulement un indicateur financier, c\u2019est un r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 organisationnelle.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bde88f7 elementor-align-center elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\" data-id=\"bde88f7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"button.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-button-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-button elementor-button-link elementor-size-sm elementor-animation-bob\" href=\"https:\/\/cerca.io\/fr_fr\/seduisez-et-recrutez-vos-candidats\/\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-content-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-text\">Convertissez 26 % plus de candidats<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-caf7fac elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"caf7fac\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5.
