Keep a record of the most important calls in under 10 seconds for yourself... and all your colleagues. But how does it work? You've just finished a phone call and want a written record; simply click the first button on your platform, on the far left. Once you've done that, a window will appear to log this new interaction. To validate this entry, just enter the location name, the contact person, the date... Once the information is entered, click "create interaction." The different interactions will be listed on the location's file. You can also compare the calls from different locations using a summary graph. What does this feature offer you?
