💬 Notify a user in a discussion
Cerca evolves to make your communications easier: you can now notify a colleague when creating a discussion (call, meeting, email, etc.).
Notified people will automatically receive a summary email.
How to activate it?
Click on 💬 > create a discussion > add the users to notify.
✅ Activate or deactivate a workgroup
No need to delete a temporarily inactive group anymore: you can now deactivate it without losing any information.
This feature allows the platform to adapt to your network’s key moments.
How to activate it?
Administration > Workgroups > click on “edit” > uncheck “active”.
🚫 Ajouter une question éliminatoire dans les rapports de visite
A highly anticipated feature: elimination questions.
If a location does not correctly answer a critical question, the overall report score is automatically set to zero.
How to activate it?
Location monitoring > Visit reports > Form configuration
➡️ Check “KO question”.
⏰ Activate a reminder for visit report tasks
Cerca evolves on the field support side as well: you can now add an automatic email reminder before the due date of a post-audit task.
No more missed follow-ups!
How to activate it?
In a visit report > Add an action plan > set the number of days before the due date for the alert.
