📢 The global view of developer exchanges with candidates
This “Candidate Exchanges” page makes it easy to view the distribution of exchange types, with clear visibility into the status of each exchange and its creator. This allows you to assess which exchanges have been completed or not, and by whom. In addition to providing an overview of all the interactions carried out by the different developers on the platform, it is also possible to export all this data in CSV format. 😌
📋 Self-evaluation visit reports for franchisees
Franchisees now have the ability to self-assess using visit reports. To do this, you simply need to configure the form you want to use for this self-assessment. Once in the form configuration, go to the Advanced Settings tab and select the “Self-assessment” option under “Additional Options.”
💡 Good to know: The results of these self-assessment visit reports are, of course, not included in the general statistics of visit reports carried out by headquarters. They also do not generate any action plans.
On their side, the site manager now has a new “+ New Report” button on their interface, allowing them to complete the form independently.
📊 Candidate reporting filtered data
A new “Filtered Data” tab collects and filters data from the main candidate tracking dashboard. It is possible to filter by candidate creation date, scenarios, or even by developer.
✍️ The electronic signature: Follow-up a signatory with an invitation email
