January 2026: New AI features and Tickets beta available on mobile

This start of the year marks a new stage for the Cerca platform, with two major developments designed to strengthen network management clarity, autonomy, and fluidity.
These improvements are a continuation of our approach: to offer implant networks tools that are simple, effective, and suited to both on-the-ground realities and the needs of headquarters teams.

On the agenda this month: the ability to self-administer artificial intelligence features, along with the arrival of Cerca Vibes, and the opening of the beta for the Tickets module in its new interface.

An AI that can be activated autonomously and the arrival of Cerca Vibes

AI is now an integral part of daily uses of multi-site networks. It allows for stepping back, structuring information, and saving time on low-value-added tasks. Until now, its activation required the intervention of a CSM.
From now on, each network can freely manage its usage from the administration panel.

This evolution is accompanied by the launch of Search Vibesa new analysis feature that offers a synthetic reading of your deployments and projects. It draws on data already present in the platform (tickets, audits, actions, exchanges) to provide a clear and actionable overview in seconds.

This new feature is added to the two existing AI components:

  • Search Answers, which allows quick access to the network's know-how by relying exclusively on your knowledge base.

  • Search Editor, a writing assistant integrated into content production tools (news, site reports, knowledge base, working groups) to structure, rephrase, or summarize information.

Each feature can be activated separately, according to your priorities, and adapted to the pace of your network.

A new Tickets interface available in beta

The Tickets module plays a central role in headquarters-field coordination. Improved visibility and smoother access to requests directly impact the quality of support, processing speed, and understanding of ongoing issues.

The new interface, now available in beta, was designed to address these challenges. It offers a more modern, spacious, and practical display for everyday use.

Several notable improvements are appearing:

  • shortcut filters to quickly access key categories,

  • more visible screen space to make reading active tickets easier,

  • an interface fully accessible from the mobile application.

The existing tabs will remain the same to preserve user landmarks: My tickets, All tickets, My categories, and My assigned tickets.
The goal is to provide a smooth transition to a more readable experience without changing work habits.

This beta is accessible to all module users, who can test it right now.

And much more

As every month, numerous improvements complement these major developments. They concern different modules of the platform and progressively enhance the fluidity and precision of your daily use.

A platform that evolves with you

These developments reflect a strong conviction: a high-performing network relies on tools that combine simplicity, readability, and autonomy.
Each update is designed with your feedback, practices, and needs in mind, both in the field and at headquarters.

Cerca continues its mission: to durably support multi-implanted networks by offering a collaborative platform that adapts to your uses and evolves with you.
