At the recruitment stage you have predefined, the franchisee is invited by email to access their personal space so they can complete the electronic signature of their DIP once you have uploaded the document to be signed.

After authenticating by entering the one-time code sent to them by SMS, the franchisee gains access to the various documents to be signed, which they can review and, if they wish, validate by adding their handwritten signature at the bottom of each document.

Electronic signature: a real time-saver

Once signed, the candidate can find a copy of the signed document in their online space, while an email simultaneously sends them the same PDF document, which includes a timestamp and certification certificate.

This timestamp guarantees with certainty the date, the signer, and the content, which cannot be modified and is instantly archived by an “accredited trusted third party”.
