Cerca, formerly Franchise On Cloud, makes your life easier with its new “Exchange Tracking” feature available on your platform (and soon on the mobile app). Keep a record of the most important calls in less than 10 seconds for yourself… and all your colleagues.

But how does it work?

You just had a phone call and want a written record? Simply click on the first button at the top of your platform, the farthest to the left.

Once this is done, a window will appear to log this new exchange.

To validate this record, simply enter the name of the location, the contact person, the date, and so on. Once the information is entered, click on “Create an exchange.”

The various exchanges will be recorded in the location's file. You will also be able to compare the calls from different locations using a summary chart.
