After a productive summer with the Legal Summer Workbook, the Cerca platform is now enriched with new features to boost your efficiency (and your comfort 😌).
☀️ While some were enjoying the sun, our tech teams were busy rolling out upgrades to make your back-to-business smoother. A new interface, better content organization, and practical enhancements for your teams — everything is ready to help our clients manage their networks more efficiently.
More than 40 updates were rolled out this summer.
Here are three new features to help you get off to a great start this school year

🔍 Easier access to global search
You can now access the universal search from any screen of the platform using the CTRL + K (Windows) or CMD + K (Mac) shortcut.
📌 Bonus : the search menu has also been added to the top navigation bar for better visibility.
🗂️ A new file manager… and right-click support on the new interface
The file manager has been completely redesigned with a brand-new, more modern and ergonomic interface. Enhanced preview, quick access to documents, better hierarchy — your folder structure has never been clearer.
And that’s not all: across the entire new interface, you can now use right-click to access quick actions (rename, move, delete…). A small detail that makes a big difference in daily use.
🧪 A new location sheet… now in beta!
The new location sheet is now in testing for our clients! A fully redesigned interface, simplified display, and more readable data — everything has been reworked to make site management easier on a daily basis.
