The electronic signature of D.I.P.s has the same evidential value as a handwritten signature (Articles 1316 to 1316-4 of the Civil Code) and provides additional legal advantages that secure your D.I.P.s.

It guarantees, without any possible dispute, the exact time of signature, the identity of the signatories, and the content of the signed documents, which are then archived by an accredited company certified by public authorities:

The identity of the signatory and the date of signature or delivery of the document cannot be disputed (a timestamp guarantees the exact time and date of the signature, and an identification process via email and SMS for the signatories is integrated). The 20-day period between the delivery of the D.I.P and the signing of the contract is therefore indisputable.

Archiving by a trusted third party guarantees the integrity of the document (the signed document can no longer be modified and is stored by a certified third party independent of both parties). This provides you with proof that the entire content was indeed sent and validated. The electronic D.I.P is traceable (an administrator interface allows you to check at any time the status of documents submitted for signature and enables you, even while on the move, to view or submit documents for signature).
