Keep a record of the most important calls in under 10 seconds for yourself... and all your colleagues. But how does it work? You've just finished a phone call and want a written record; simply click the first button on your platform, on the far left. Once you've done that, a window will appear to log this new interaction. To validate this entry, just enter the location name, the contact person, the date... Once the information is entered, click "create interaction." The different interactions will be listed on the location's file. You can also compare the calls from different locations using a summary graph. What does this feature offer you? La cartographie de vos zones d’exclusivité territoriale est enfin intégrée dans Cerca ex Franchise On Cloud. Pourquoi cartographier ses zones de chalandise ? À quoi peut bien vous servir de dessiner cette zone ? Avant tout, sachez qu’elle est d’une grande importance et nous pouvons dire même essentielle pour trouver l’emplacement d’une implantation. Cette cartographie va vous permettre de visualiser le rayonnement de votre point de vente sur une zone géographique et auprès d’une clientèle définies. Cela vous donnera également une indication (grâce notamment au code IRIS), s’il est pertinent de s’implanter sur cette zone ou non. De plus, seront visibles :   L’emplacement du point de vente par rapport aux concurrents ; Le temps que vos clients mettent à venir en point de vente ; Et la distance qui relie votre implantation aux clients. Vous pouvez dessiner vos zones directement sur la carte ( et retrouver en parallèle la liste des zones sous forme de liste) ou intégrer la liste des communes, codes IRIS, départements, arrondissements dans la fiche implantation pour voir se dessiner automatiquement la carte correspondante. Un moteur de recherche vous permet également de vérifier instantanément si l’adresse d’un client dépend d’une zone d’un franchisé ou pas.Plusieurs couleurs différentes permettent naturellement de différencier les zones d’exclusivité accolées. Les développeurs, de leur côté, peuvent disposer de cette même cartographie pour y positionner à la fois les zones d’exclusivité territoriale déjà concédées ainsi que les zones disponibles déjà définies. Ils peuvent également dessiner en direct une cartographie avec le candidat.Naturellement, ces cartographies sont visibles uniquement des collaborateurs du siège.
